When you use Arrivo we collect:

• •Profile information: country of origin, visa status, work category, phone number, location, bio
• •Activity data: jobs you save, applications you submit, groups you join
• •Usage data: pages visited and features used within Arrivo

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• •Show you relevant visa-friendly job listings
• •Send job match email notifications (when enabled)
• •Pre-fill your job applications with your profile data
• •Share your application details with employers you apply to
• •Improve Arrivo's features and job matching

3. Who We Share Data With

We share your data with:

• •Employers — when you submit an application, your profile and application details are shared with that employer
• •Supabase — our database provider, stores your data securely
• •Resend — our email provider, used to send job notifications

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Email Communications

We send job match emails when you have "Open to work" enabled in your profile. You can stop receiving these emails at any time by turning off "Open to work" in your profile settings at arrivo.work/profile.

5. Data Security

Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. However no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• •Access the personal data we hold about you
• •Correct inaccurate data in your profile
• •Delete your account and associated data
• •Opt out of email notifications

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Arrivo is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
